Systems for trade contractors

We build it free.
Miss the number, you pay nothing.

Bidding, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, pay apps, change orders. Whatever your office loses the most hours to, we build a system for it, on top of the tools you already run. Twenty years building this for software companies. Now for framers, drywallers and painters.

Takes a minute. No card. No contract.

The lineup

Not a product. A tool built for your shop's actual problem.

Every office runs a little different. We find the thing eating your week and build for that. These are the ones that come up most.

NC-01 · ESTIMATING

Takeoffs from the plan set

Reads the drawings, pulls quantities, runs them through your pricing, drafts the bid for your estimator to check. A day becomes an hour.

NC-02 · BILLING

Pay apps out the day work's done

Progress billing, lien waivers and invoices built from the schedule of values, not rebuilt by hand two weeks later.

NC-03 · SCHEDULING

Crews that reschedule themselves

A job slips, the board updates, the foreman gets a text. Nobody spends Sunday night moving names on a whiteboard.

NC-04 · CHANGE ORDERS

Tracked and billed, not forgotten

Field changes captured on the spot, priced, sent for signature and added to the next pay app.

NC-05 · FRONT DESK

Calls answered while you're on a ladder

Missed calls get caught, the caller's need gets written down, and you call back when you have a minute.

NC-06 · BACK OFFICE

Paperwork that files itself

Receipts, vendor invoices and timecards read and entered into your accounting system. A person checks exceptions only.

87%Faster bids. Same accuracy.
Field result

A Utah drywall contractor had plan sets piling up.

Estimators were maxed out. Jobs went unbid because nobody had the hours to take them off. We built a tool that reads the drawings, pulls the board footage, and drafts the bid through their own pricing.

Bid time down 87%. Accuracy held. Same estimators, a lot more bids out the door.

Same deal applied to them. Free build, number agreed up front, pay only when it works. It worked.

How the deal works

Four steps. Your only risk is a 15-minute call.

1

Pick the number

We sit down with you and pick one metric that matters. Your number, not ours. We agree on how it's measured before anything gets built.

2

We build it, free

No deposit, no setup fee. It sits on top of what you already use. Nothing gets ripped out.

3

Launch and measure

Your crew uses it. A live dashboard shows the number, the baseline, and the days left in the window.

4

Pay only if it hits

Hit the number, pay a flat monthly fee for hosting and upkeep. No contract. Miss it, you pay nothing.

Two ways to work with us

One system on a guarantee, or a team on retainer.

Most shops start with one build and one number. Larger contractors with more to automate keep us on as their systems team.

  • One build, one number. For owner-run shops. We build the first system free, measure it, and you pay a flat monthly fee only if it hits. Framing, drywall, painting and other trades where the office runs on spreadsheets, texts and one office manager.
  • Retainer. For contractors and GCs with a backlog of things worth automating and no one to build them. A fixed monthly engagement: we own the roadmap, build in priority order, train your people, and report what each system saved every month.
  • Either way, it runs on top of what you already use, and you talk to the people doing the work.
Get started

Tell us where your office loses time.

Takes a minute. We read it, look at your business, and send back the one system we'd build first and the number we'd put on it. If it's a fit, we book a 15-minute call. If not, we'll say so.

Rather just talk?

No spam, no list. One reply from a person.

Questions

The fine print. There isn't much.

What's the catch?

There isn't one. We've been building these systems long enough to know what works. If we don't think we can hit the number, we won't take the job. That's the whole filter.

What happens if it misses?

You pay nothing. We eat the build. We tell you what we learned, and you decide whether to try a different number.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Hosting, maintenance, and the small changes every shop needs as it grows. Flat, set before launch, a fraction of an admin hire. Cancel any month.

We have a lot to automate. Do you do retainers?

Yes. For larger contractors we work as an ongoing systems team: a fixed monthly engagement where we own the roadmap, build in priority order, train your staff, and report the hours and dollars each system returns. The first build still comes with the same guarantee.

Do I have to replace my software?

No. We build on top of what you already run: Sage, QuickBooks, Buildertrend, a spreadsheet, or a whiteboard and a group text.

Who's doing the work?

Two people who've spent twenty years building revenue and operations systems for software companies, now pointed at the trades. You talk to us, not an account manager.

How long does it take?

Most first builds go live in two to four weeks. The measurement window starts the day your crew uses it.
